Chiao was a joy to work with. She was very responsive and made sure we fully understood every single thing we signed. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to both new and experienced homebuyers.
Chiao was absolutely amazing. She helped me find a place through 2 failed attempts, 3rd time was a hit. Always quick to let me know what was going on and quick to get back to me if i needed to ask something.

Chiao Viscardi is the absolute best! She went above and beyond making buying my first home a great experience showing me multiple homes in many areas. What a blessing it was to have Chiao be our Real Estate Agent. Chiao was great in this process of home buying, specially for a first time home buyer like me. She answered all questions, would inform us of anything extra that I might have not thought of asking and would make me feel 100% comfortable during the whole process, while she took care of the hardest parts.
